Although Bill Maher is comparing apples & oranges (Palestinian situation to Quebec/USA) and should know better, at least more than one perspective was given. I remember watching Oliver Stone & former MN governor Jesse Ventura on ‘Larry King Live’ a few months ago discussing similar issues. It boggled my mind that callers & King tried to demonize the same South American leaders, despite all the proof/evidence given by the two guests to the contrary. We live in the most technologically-advanced country on earth, isn’t the time ripe for our fellow citizens to wake up & think for themselves? I had a high school History teacher named Mr. Hunter who said something that always stuck with me: “When you watch events unfold on the news, do NOT immediately jump on the bandwagon. Since everyone has a bias to some extent, we must take a step back, look at the facts, think objectively, and THEN make a decision.”

I love your comment Hajj. I agree 100% Although I appreciate Bill Maher’s objectivity in general, when it comes to Israel, he is definitely biased!
